"Awful Service"
This company is just the worst. I ordered a few things, but one item didn’t show up. I reached out via email eight times since there’s no phone number to call, letting them know about the missing item, and guess what? Not a single reply. Stay away from this place!!!

They say the item is on its way, but no tracking number is given. Plus, they don’t reply to messages sent through 'Contact Us'.

"Great selection of items at reasonable prices"
They've got a solid variety of products at fair prices. Dispatch and delivery were pretty quick, but I did have a small issue with my order of around 12 different items—two were unavailable. I get that this can happen, but usually, you’d receive an email with some alternatives before they just refund the out-of-stock stuff. Unfortunately, I only got a refund email without any options for substitutes.

"Decent Transaction"
Decent transaction, quick delivery but had to reach out regarding an item that was missing. They apologized and issued a refund, but honestly, that’s not how it should go. Every customer matters, and you must have known it was absent during packing, so I can't give any stars for that.

"Gloves for Women Mechanics"
Finding the right gloves for a woman mechanic has been pretty much IMPOSSIBLE for me. These grease monkey gloves were suggested, and let me tell ya, they are just amazing. The fit is spot on, and they’re tough enough to withstand a lot of wear and tear. I totally recommend them. Great product and super quick shipping! 👍

I discovered what I was looking for through Google and called to confirm it was available (not a given on certain websites!). I placed my order around 2 PM and got the delivery by 11 AM the following day. Really happy with the purchase, great deal, would suggest!

Shopping with Grease Monkey is a pleasure. They have all the essentials and skip the unnecessary items. If you can't find something there, chances are you don't really need it! Plus, their prices are fantastic and delivery is quick. I’m for sure gonna keep using them for my workshop needs.
